Force7 Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Force7", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") owns and operates the Kampaign Application ("Application"), an enterprise marketing campaign management and marketing intelligence platform designed to enable authorised users to create, manage, monitor, analyse, and optimise digital and offline marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
The Application provides campaign lifecycle management, campaign performance monitoring, campaign budgeting, lead attribution, QR code campaign tracking, return on investment (ROI) analysis, AI-powered marketing recommendations, executive dashboards, and enterprise marketing analytics.
We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting Personal Data processed through the Application. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, transfer, and protect Personal Data when you access or use Kampaign.
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS PRIVACY NOTICE.

Authorised User
Means an employee, contractor, marketing executive, campaign manager, digital marketing specialist, brand manager, sales manager, branch manager, regional manager, executive management, administrator, consultant, or any other person authorised by the Customer Organisation to use the Application.
Customer Organisation
Means the organisation that has subscribed to the Application.
Campaign Data
Means information relating to marketing campaigns, campaign budgets, marketing channels, campaign schedules, QR code campaigns, advertisements, creatives, campaign performance, campaign attribution, conversion metrics, engagement metrics, lead sources, ROI analysis, and campaign lifecycle information processed through the Application.
Business Data
Means campaign reports, dashboards, analytics, marketing intelligence, AI-generated recommendations, operational reports, workflow information, audit logs, budgeting information, forecasting information, and marketing performance information processed through the Application.
2.WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We may collect Personal Data relating to Authorised Users and Business Data relating to marketing operations.
A. Authorised User Personal Data
When you use the Application, we may collect:
• Name;
• Business email address;
• Business phone number;
• Employee ID;
• Job title;
• Department;
• Organisation name;
• Login credentials;
• Login history;
• IP address;
• Browser information;
• Device information;
• User activity;

3.ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Customer Organisation and its authorised users are responsible for ensuring that campaign information and Personal Data processed through the Application are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Where Personal Data relates to customers, campaign participants, employees, agencies, or other third parties, the Customer Organisation is responsible for ensuring that appropriate notices, consents, or other lawful bases for processing have been obtained.
Force7 is not responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of information supplied by the Customer Organisation or integrated third-party advertising platforms.
4.HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
For Authorised Users
We use Personal Data to:
• Verify identity;
• Manage user accounts;
• Authenticate authorised access;
• Monitor Application usage;
• Support campaign management;
• Generate operational dashboards;
• Provide technical support;
• Improve Application functionality;

For Campaign and Marketing Operations
Campaign Data and Business Data may be processed to:
• Create and manage marketing campaigns;
• Schedule campaigns;

• Monitor QR code campaigns;
• Attribute leads to campaigns;

Force7 processes Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases:

6.ROLE OF FORCE7
In most cases:
• The Customer Organisation acts as the Data Controller (or equivalent).
• Force7 acts as a Data Processor or technology service provider.
The Customer Organisation determines:
• what Personal Data is processed;
• how it is used;
• who may access it;
• how long it is retained.
Force7 processes Personal Data only in accordance with customer instructions, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
Force7 provides the technology platform only and does not create, publish, approve, or guarantee the success, reach, compliance, or commercial effectiveness of any marketing campaign or advertising content.
7.AI-ASSISTED FEATURES
The Application may generate:
• Campaign health scores;
• Campaign optimisation recommendations;
• Budget allocation recommendations;
• Marketing channel recommendations;
• Audience segmentation recommendations;
• Campaign performance forecasts;
• ROI projections;
• Lead quality analysis;
• Executive marketing dashboards.
AI-generated outputs are intended to support marketing decision-making and do not replace human judgement.
Force7 does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
8.THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS
The Application may integrate with:
• Google Ads;
• Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram);
• TikTok;
• LinkedIn;
• YouTube;
• X (formerly Twitter);
• Email marketing platforms;
• SMS platforms;
• WhatsApp Business;
• CRM systems;
• Marketing automation platforms;
• Analytics platforms;
• QR code platforms;
• Other supported advertising services.
Information received from third-party platforms is subject to the availability, permissions, and policies of those providers.
Force7 is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, accuracy, or policy changes of third-party services.
9.WHO DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH?
Personal Data and Business Data may be disclosed to:
Customer Organisation
Authorised marketing personnel, management, administrators, sales managers, campaign managers, regional managers, and executive management.
Service Providers
Including:
• Cloud hosting providers;
• Analytics providers;
• Marketing automation providers;
• AI infrastructure providers;
• Security providers;
• Customer support providers;
• Advertising platform integration providers.
Regulatory Authorities
Where required by law.
Professional Advisers
Auditors, lawyers, consultants, insurers, or other advisers where necessary.
Corporate Transactions
Where Force7 undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of business.
Force7 does not sell Personal Data.
10.CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER
Personal Data and Business Data may be transferred outside Singapore where necessary to provide the Application.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

• Administrative actions;

Audit records may be retained for operational governance, compliance, legal, and audit purposes.

Personal Data and Business Data are retained only for as long as necessary to:
• Provide the Application;
• Support inventory operations;
• Maintain operational history;
• Support audit and governance;
• Fulfil Customer Organisation requirements;
• Comply with legal obligations.
Certain operational records and audit logs may continue to be retained where required by law or contractual obligations.
14.CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Application is intended solely for authorised business users.
Force7 does not knowingly collect Personal Data directly from children.
15.COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Application may use:
