These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kineo Application ("App"), owned and operated by Force7 Labs Pte Ltd ("Force7", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore.
BY CLICKING ON THE "ACCEPT" BUTTON AT THE END OF THE AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE FORM, YOU AGREE TO HAVE READ AND BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE PRIVACY POLICY. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ITS TERMS. YOUR USAGE OF THIS APP SIGNIFIES YOUR ASSENT TO THE FOLLOWING BINDING AGREEMENT.
The Kineo Web Portal is an enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to enable authorised management personnel to monitor, manage, analyse, and improve business operations.
Depending on the permissions assigned by your organisation, the Portal may provide access to:
• Sales dashboards and productivity monitoring
• Sales pipeline and lead analytics
• Order booking and sales performance
• Inventory monitoring
• Branch performance
• Employee productivity
• AI-generated business insights
• Workflow approvals
• Reports and analytics
• Operational KPIs
• Other business management functions
The Portal is intended solely for legitimate business purposes.
2.1 Access to the Portal is restricted to users authorised by your organisation.
Authorised users may include:
• Directors
• Executives
• Senior Management
• Regional Managers
• Area Managers
• Branch Managers
• Sales Managers
• Operations Managers
• Business Administrators
• Other authorised personnel
2.2 Access is governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Users shall only access information, reports, dashboards, approvals, and functions appropriate to their assigned role.
2.3 Users shall not attempt to access information beyond their assigned permissions.
2.4 Login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other individual.
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Protecting your login credentials.
• Ensuring your account is not shared.
• Logging out where appropriate.
• Immediately notifying Force7 or your organisation of any suspected unauthorised access.
Force7 reserves the right to suspend access where misuse, suspicious activity, or security risks are identified.
You agree to use the Portal solely for authorised business purposes.
Permitted activities include:
• Reviewing dashboards
• Monitoring branch performance
• Monitoring sales productivity
• Reviewing sales leads
• Monitoring order bookings
• Reviewing operational KPIs
• Monitoring inventory
• Viewing authorised reports
• Approving workflows
• Reviewing AI-generated insights
• Exporting authorised reports
You remain responsible for exercising independent professional judgement when using Portal information.
The Portal contains information that may be classified by your organisation as Confidential, Internal Use Only, Restricted, or otherwise commercially sensitive.
You agree to:
• Access such information only for authorised business purposes.
• Handle information in accordance with your organisation's confidentiality and information security policies.
• Prevent unauthorised disclosure or distribution.
• Store exported reports securely.
• Share information only with authorised individuals.
Force7 does not determine the classification of customer information. Classification remains the responsibility of your organisation.
You shall not:
• Share Portal access with unauthorised persons.
• Access information outside your assigned permissions.
• Circumvent security controls.
• Copy confidential reports without authorisation.
• Export business data contrary to organisational policy.
• Reverse engineer the Portal.
• Modify or interfere with the Portal.
• Introduce malware or malicious software.
• Use automated scripts or bots unless expressly authorised.
• Use Portal information for personal gain.
• Manipulate reports or business data.
• Engage in unlawful or unethical activities.
Management users acknowledge that the Portal provides access to confidential business information.
Accordingly, you agree to:
• Protect confidential business information.
• Protect employee performance information.
• Protect customer information.
• Protect financial and commercial information.
• Share reports only with authorised personnel.
• Ensure exported reports remain secure.
• Exercise sound professional judgement when relying upon reports and AI-generated recommendations.
Management users remain solely responsible for all business decisions made using information obtained from the Portal.
All business information displayed within the Portal remains the property of the customer organisation.
Force7 acts solely as the technology platform provider.
Force7 does not acquire ownership of:
• Customer data
• Sales information
• Employee information
• Operational information
• Inventory data
• Reports
• KPIs
• Analytics
• AI-generated business insights derived from customer data
Your use of the Portal is subject to the Force7 Privacy Policy.
By using the Portal, you consent to:
• Processing of your personal information
• Collection of authentication information
• Security monitoring
• Activity logging
• Audit logging
• Usage analytics
• Processing necessary to provide Portal services
The Portal may provide AI-generated:
• Forecasts
• Productivity insights
• Recommendations
• Predictive analytics
• Performance indicators
• Operational suggestions
• Summaries
These outputs are intended solely to support management decision-making.
AI-generated outputs:
• may not always be complete;
• may not always be accurate;
• may not always reflect current business conditions.
Force7 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
Management users remain solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and exercising independent professional judgement before making any business decision.
Reports, dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and analytics are generated using information supplied by users, customer systems, business rules, and third-party integrations.
Force7 does not warrant:
• completeness of customer-entered information;
• correctness of third-party information;
• uninterrupted availability of reports;
• achievement of business outcomes.
Users should validate important business information before making significant operational or strategic decisions.
Where permitted by your organisation, users may export reports.
Exported reports must:
• remain confidential;
• be stored securely;
• not be distributed externally without proper authorisation;
• comply with organisational information security policies.
By clicking "Accept", logging into, accessing, or using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.
Such electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Force7 may maintain audit logs recording activities including:
• User logins
• Authentication history
• Dashboard access
• Report access
• Workflow approvals
• Administrative actions
• Configuration changes
• Report exports
• Security events
• User activities
Audit logs may be retained for security, compliance, troubleshooting, governance, and legal purposes.
Users acknowledge that their activities within the Portal may be monitored and logged.
All rights, title, and interest in the Portal, including:
• Software
• Source code
• User interfaces
• Dashboards
• Reports
• Graphics
• Documentation
• AI functionality
• Trademarks
remain the exclusive property of Force7 or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
Force7 implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Portal and customer information.
While Force7 continually enhances its security practices, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users share responsibility for protecting their credentials and authorised access.
The Portal may integrate with:
• CRM systems
• ERP systems
• HR systems
• Messaging platforms
• Identity providers
• Business Intelligence platforms
• External APIs
Force7 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or data handling practices of third-party services.
Your use of the Portal may involve the transfer or processing of information across jurisdictions.
Force7 implements appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 where applicable.
Force7 may suspend or terminate access:
• upon instruction from your organisation;
• following termination of employment;
• following role changes;
• where these Terms are breached;
• for security reasons;
• where required by law.
Upon termination:
• all Portal access must immediately cease;
• Force7 may retain audit logs where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Sections intended to survive termination shall continue in effect.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
FORCE7 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
21.1 FORCE7 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.
21.2 FORCE7 SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGEMENT DECISIONS, EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS, SALES INCENTIVES, PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS, OPERATIONAL DECISIONS, OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS ACTIONS TAKEN BY CUSTOMER ORGANISATIONS BASED UPON REPORTS, DASHBOARDS, ANALYTICS, OR AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PORTAL.
21.3 FORCE7'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED SGD 100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Force7 against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
• your misuse of the Portal;
• breach of these Terms;
• unauthorised disclosure of confidential information;
• unlawful handling of business data;
• violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Force7 may revise these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Portal or by email where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of the Portal after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated documents, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Portal.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.
You may not assign these Terms without Force7's prior written consent. Force7 may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of its business or assets.
