Force7 Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Force7", "Company", "we", "us", or "our") owns and operates the Kurate Application ("Application"), an enterprise inventory intelligence and inventory management platform designed to enable authorised users to monitor, manage, analyse, and optimise inventory across an organisation.
The Application provides inventory visibility, inventory health monitoring, inventory movement tracking, stock allocation, product reservations, product releases, inventory forecasting, inventory ageing analysis, AI-powered recommendations, operational dashboards, and enterprise reporting.
We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting Personal Data processed through the Application. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, transfer, and protect Personal Data when you access or use Kurate.

Means any information relating to an identifiable individual.
Authorised User
Means an employee, contractor, inventory manager, warehouse personnel, operations manager, supply chain professional, product manager, branch manager, sales manager, administrator, executive, or any other person authorised by the Customer Organisation to use the Application.
Customer Organisation
Means the organisation that has subscribed to the Application.
Inventory Data
Means information relating to products, inventory, warehouses, stock levels, product allocations, inventory movements, reservations, releases, inventory ageing, forecasting, inventory health, stock transfers, and related operational information processed through the Application.
Business Data
Means operational reports, dashboards, inventory analytics, forecasting models, AI-generated recommendations, workflow information, audit logs, and inventory management information processed through the Application.
2.WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We may collect Personal Data relating to Authorised Users and Business Data relating to inventory operations.
A. Authorised User Personal Data
When you use the Application, we may collect:
• Name;
• Business email address;
• Business phone number;
• Employee ID;
• Job title;
• Department;
• Organisation name;
• Login credentials;
• Login history;
• IP address;
• Browser information;
• Device information;
• User activity;
• Approval history;
• Communications with Force7 support.
B. Inventory and Operational Data
The Application may process:

• SKU details;
• Brand, model, variant, and colour information;
• Serial numbers, chassis numbers, or engine numbers where applicable;

3.ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Customer Organisation and its authorised users are responsible for ensuring that information processed through the Application is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Where Personal Data relates to employees, suppliers, dealers, distributors, customers, or other third parties, the Customer Organisation is responsible for ensuring that appropriate notices, consents, or other lawful bases for processing have been obtained.
Force7 is not responsible for independently verifying the accuracy of information supplied by the Customer Organisation.
4.HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA
For Authorised Users
We use Personal Data to:
• Verify identity;
• Manage user accounts;
• Authenticate authorised access;
• Monitor Application usage;
• Support inventory operations;
• Generate operational dashboards;
• Provide technical support;
• Improve Application functionality;
• Maintain security;
• Prevent fraud;
• Comply with legal obligations.
For Inventory and Business Operations
Inventory and Business Data may be processed to:
• Monitor inventory levels;
• Analyse inventory health;
• Track inventory movement;
• Manage product allocations;
• Manage stock reservations;
• Manage product releases;
• Analyse inventory ageing;
• Forecast inventory requirements;
• Support inventory planning;
• Generate operational reports;
• Produce AI-powered inventory recommendations.
5.LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Force7 processes Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Customer Organisation instructions where Force7 acts as a Data Processor.
6.ROLE OF FORCE7
In most cases:
• The Customer Organisation acts as the Data Controller (or equivalent).
• Force7 acts as a Data Processor or technology service provider.
The Customer Organisation determines:
• what Personal Data is processed;
• how it is used;
• who may access it;
• how long it is retained.
Force7 processes Personal Data only in accordance with customer instructions, contractual obligations, and applicable law.
Force7 provides the technology platform only and does not take ownership of inventory assets, operational decisions, inventory planning, procurement decisions, or inventory forecasting outcomes.
8.AI-ASSISTED FEATURES
The Application may generate:
• Inventory health scores;
• Inventory ageing analysis;
• Dead inventory recommendations;
• Product allocation recommendations;
• Inventory optimisation recommendations;
• Stock replenishment recommendations;
• Demand forecasting;
• Executive dashboards;
• Operational analytics.
AI-generated outputs are intended to support operational decision-making and do not replace human judgement.
Force7 does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review.
8.WHO DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA WITH?
Personal Data and Business Data may be disclosed to:
Customer Organisation
Authorised management personnel, inventory managers, warehouse teams, supply chain teams, branch managers, operations teams, product managers, and administrators.
Service Providers
Including:
• Cloud hosting providers;
• ERP integration providers;
• Dealer Management Systems (DMS);
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
• Supply Chain Management (SCM) providers;
• Analytics providers;
• AI infrastructure providers;
• Security providers;
• Customer support providers.
Regulatory Authorities
Where required by law.
Professional Advisers
Auditors, lawyers, consultants, insurers, or other advisers where necessary.
Corporate Transactions
Where Force7 undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of business.
Force7 does not sell Personal Data.

Personal Data and Business Data may be transferred outside Singapore where necessary to provide the Application.

Force7 implements commercially reasonable safeguards including:

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

The Application maintains audit records including:

• Configuration changes;

Audit records may be retained for operational governance, compliance, legal, and audit purposes.

Personal Data and Business Data are retained only for as long as necessary to:
• Provide the Application;
• Support inventory operations;
• Maintain operational history;
• Support audit and governance;
• Fulfil Customer Organisation requirements;
• Comply with legal obligations.
Certain operational records and audit logs may continue to be retained where required by law or contractual obligations.
13.CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Application is intended solely for authorised business users.
Force7 does not knowingly collect Personal Data directly from children.
14.COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Application may use:

These technologies support authentication, security, operational analytics, performance optimisation, and user experience.
