This User Level Consent Agreement ("Agreement") governs the collection, use, disclosure, storage, transfer, and processing of Personal Data and Business Data by Force7 Labs Pte Ltd ("Force7", "we", "us", or "our") through the Kurate Web Application ("Platform").
Kurate is an enterprise inventory intelligence and inventory management platform that enables authorised management personnel, inventory managers, warehouse personnel, operations teams, product managers, branch managers, sales managers, and other authorised users to monitor, manage, analyse, and optimise inventory across the organisation.
The Platform provides inventory visibility, inventory health monitoring, product allocation, inventory movement tracking, stock reservation, product releases, inventory forecasting, sales allocation, AI-powered inventory recommendations, operational reporting, and enterprise inventory analytics.
This Agreement applies to:
• Personal Data provided by you as an authorised user ("Your Data");
• Personal Data relating to employees, sales consultants, inventory personnel, customers, suppliers, dealers, distributors, or other individuals processed through the Platform ("Third-Party Data");
• Inventory, operational, product, sales allocation, forecasting, reporting, and analytical information processed through the Platform ("Business Data").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and the Force7 Kurate Privacy Notice.
1.1 Authorised User
Means an authorised employee, contractor, inventory manager, warehouse executive, operations executive, branch manager, sales manager, product manager, administrator, management personnel, or any other individual authorised to use the Platform.
1.2 Customer Organisation
Means the organisation that has subscribed to the Platform and authorised your access.
1.3 Inventory Data
Means all inventory-related information processed through the Platform, including inventory levels, stock locations, SKU information, serial numbers, chassis numbers (where applicable), product allocation, reservations, inventory movement, stock ageing, inventory health, transfers, releases, forecasting information, and related operational records.
1.4 Business Data
Means operational information including dashboards, inventory reports, forecasting information, replenishment recommendations, AI-generated insights, product allocation history, stock movement history, reservation records, audit logs, and workflow information.
2.1 For Authorised Users
Force7 processes your Personal Data to:
• Verify your identity;
• Manage user accounts;
• Authenticate authorised access;
• Maintain activity logs;
• Monitor Platform usage;
• Support inventory operations;
• Generate operational dashboards;
• Provide technical support;
• Improve Platform functionality;
• Maintain security and governance;
• Detect unauthorised access or misuse.
2.2 For Inventory and Business Operations
Business Data is processed to:
• Monitor inventory across branches, warehouses, and locations;
• Track inventory movements;
• Monitor inventory health;
• Manage stock reservations;
• Manage inventory allocations;
• Manage product releases;
• Track stock transfers;
• Monitor inventory ageing;
• Analyse inventory utilisation;
• Forecast inventory requirements;
• Allocate products to sales consultants;
• Support order fulfilment;
• Generate management reports;
• Produce AI-powered recommendations for inventory optimisation.
3.1 User Personal Data
The Platform may collect:
• Name;
• Business email address;
• Business phone number;
• Employee ID;
• Job title;
• Department;
• Organisation name;
• Login credentials;
• Login history;
• IP address;
• Browser information;
• Device information;
• User activity;
• Approval history;
• Communications with Force7 support.
3.2 Inventory and Operational Data
The Platform may process:
• Product information;
• SKU details;
• Model information;
• Variant information;
• Colour information;
• Serial numbers;
• Chassis numbers where applicable;
• Engine numbers where applicable;
• Branch inventory;
• Warehouse inventory;
• Reserved inventory;
• Available inventory;
• Inventory transfers;
• Inventory release history;
• Sales allocation history;
• Inventory ageing;
• Dead inventory;
• Inventory health indicators;
• Product launch information;
• Sales booking information;
• Order fulfilment information;
• Inventory forecasting;
• Inventory analytics;
• Operational dashboards.
3.3 Third-Party Data
Where applicable, the Platform may process:
• Supplier information;
• Dealer information;
• Distributor information;
• Sales consultant information;
• Customer order references;
• Purchase order information;
• Shipment information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the processing described in this Agreement.
4.1 Legal Bases
Processing may be based upon:
• Contractual necessity;
• Consent;
• Legitimate interests;
• Legal obligations;
• Customer Organisation instructions where Force7 acts as a Data Processor.
4.2 Core Processing
Core processing includes:
• User authentication;
• Inventory monitoring;
• Inventory movement tracking;
• Inventory reservations;
• Inventory releases;
• Inventory reporting;
• Inventory forecasting;
• AI-powered recommendations;
• Audit logging;
• Security monitoring;
• Storage and processing within Force7 systems.
Without this processing, the Platform cannot be provided.
4.3 Optional Consent
Separate consent may be obtained for:
• Product updates and marketing communications;
• Customer satisfaction surveys;
• Product improvement programmes;
• Use of anonymised or aggregated operational data for benchmarking, analytics, or research.
Where you process supplier, dealer, distributor, employee, sales consultant, customer, or other third-party information, you acknowledge that:
• Your Customer Organisation is responsible for obtaining all necessary legal authority to process such information;
• You are authorised to access such information;
• You will use such information only for authorised business purposes;
• You will maintain confidentiality at all times;
• You will comply with applicable privacy, employment, commercial, and data protection laws.
Business Data and Personal Data may be disclosed to:
• The Customer Organisation;
• Authorised management personnel;
• Inventory managers;
• Warehouse teams;
• Operations teams;
• Sales management;
• Cloud hosting providers;
• Analytics providers;
• AI infrastructure providers;
• ERP providers;
• Dealer Management Systems (DMS);
• Supply chain integration providers;
• Auditors;
• Regulatory authorities where required by law.
Force7 does not sell Personal Data.
Personal Data and Business Data may be transferred outside Singapore where necessary to provide the Platform.
Force7 implements appropriate contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards to maintain protection consistent with applicable data protection laws.
Personal Data and Business Data are retained only as long as necessary:
• To provide the Platform;
• To support inventory operations;
• To maintain operational history;
• To support audit and compliance;
• To fulfil contractual obligations;
• To satisfy Customer Organisation requirements;
• To comply with applicable legal requirements.
Force7 implements commercially reasonable safeguards including:
• Encryption in transit;
• Encryption at rest where appropriate;
• Secure authentication;
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC);
• Audit logging;
• Security monitoring;
• Backup procedures;
• Administrative safeguards.
Users remain responsible for protecting their login credentials.
Optional consent may be withdrawn by contacting admin@force7.ai.
Withdrawal of consent for core processing described in Section 4.2 may prevent continued use of the Platform.
Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before consent was withdrawn.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your Personal Data.
Requests may be made by contacting admin@force7.ai.
Where Force7 acts as a data processor, we may refer your request to the Customer Organisation for handling.
Force7 will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
The Platform may use:
• Cookies;
• Browser storage;
• Session identifiers;
• Log files;
• Analytics technologies.
These technologies support authentication, security, performance optimisation, inventory analytics, and user experience.
The Platform may generate:
• Inventory health scores;
• Dead inventory analysis;
• Inventory ageing recommendations;
• Stock replenishment recommendations;
• Product allocation recommendations;
• Inventory movement insights;
• Forecasting models;
• Inventory optimisation recommendations;
• Executive dashboards.
AI-generated outputs are intended to support operational decision-making and do not replace human judgement.
You agree to:
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Access only authorised inventory information;
• Protect exported reports;
• Ensure information entered into the Platform is accurate;
• Use the Platform only for authorised business purposes;
• Immediately report suspected unauthorised access, security incidents, or data breaches.
The Platform maintains audit records including:
• User authentication;
• Inventory updates;
• Product releases;
• Inventory transfers;
• Stock reservations;
• Allocation changes;
• Administrative actions;
• Report exports;
• Configuration changes;
• Security events.
Audit logs may be retained for governance, compliance, operational review, and legal purposes.
Force7 may update this Agreement from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email at least fourteen (14) days in advance, where practicable.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
