We, Force7 Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Force7", "Company", "we", "us", "our") are the owners of and responsible for the operations of our Debt Collections Application (the "Kollector"). The Kollector is a Debt collections product offered to collectors to enable them to seamlessly navigate through their collection process using Kollector's AI driven workflows ("Services").
We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal data collected on Kollector. This privacy notice ("Privacy Notice") sets forth how we collect, use, handle, and protect the personal data collected on Kollector. Please read the following carefully before you provide any personal data on Kollector.
If you access Kollector App on behalf of a third party/person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such a third party to the terms of this privacy notice and, in such an event your use of Kollector shall refer to use by such third party. If you do not have such authority or do not agree to the terms, please refrain from using Kollector.
This Privacy Notice is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract being compliant and construed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA") that require publishing of privacy policy for the collection, use, storage and transfer of sensitive personal information.
1. Definitions
"Personal Data" shall mean and include any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
"Collector" or "you" shall mean and include an individual who registers for, accesses, and/or uses Kollector.
"Customer" shall mean an individual whose personal data is entered into Kollector by a Collector in connection with the Services.
2. What Personal Data Do We Collect?

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), and account credentials.

Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Communications: Any correspondence you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
B. Personal Data We Collect About Customers
When you add, update or access customer information on the Kollector app, we may collect Personal Data such as name, contact information (email, phone number), address, social media handle, and any other loan-related information.
C. Automatically Collected Data
We may automatically collect technical data about your device and usage of Kollector to improve our Services, diagnose issues, and ensure system security.
3. Accuracy
You will be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us, whether your own or any customer's. In the event you share any Personal Data on behalf of a third person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to share such Personal Data with us, and you have obtained all necessary consents from such third person, and we will not be responsible for verifying the same. You understand and acknowledge that such Personal Data shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice.
4. How Do We Use Your Personal Data?
For Collectors:
To verify your identity and manage your account credentials.
To deliver our products and services, including AI-driven intelligent workflows.
To manage Kollector, optimize user experience, and customize in-app content.
To communicate regarding existing products or active alerts and security updates.
To evaluate, develop, and continuously improve our core debt-resolution services.
For market analysis, strategic product development, and industry research.
For Customers:
To enable registered Collectors to seamlessly manage their collection workflow and communication.
To generate smart insights, risk scores, and automatic recommendation paths.
To safely log payments and update loan records in real-time.
Legal Bases for Processing (PDPA compliance):
Consent: Clear and express consent obtained for specified processing categories.
Contractual Necessity: Fulfilling obligations established in our Service Agreements.
Legal Obligation: Compliance with statutory frameworks and fiscal reporting requirements in Singapore.
Legitimate Interests: Practical business logic, provided user security rights are not overridden.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
Where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any point in time. Please note that should the withdrawal of consent result in us not being able to continue offering our products and services to you, we reserve the right to withdraw or cease our products and services to you upon your withdrawal. You may withdraw consent by contacting us with a written request to admin@force7.ai. Upon receipt of your request, the consequences of withdrawal will be communicated to you before your request is processed.
6. Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?

Merger or Acquisition: Successor organizations in any event of merger, structural acquisition, or asset division, under standard protective covenants.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfer
The Personal Data we hold about you may be transferred to other countries outside your country of residence. Where we transfer Personal Data out of Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
8. How Do We Secure Your Personal Data?
We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate physical, technical, and managerial safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, and deletion. We ensure that third-party service providers operate under strict contracts with appropriate security measures aligned with our policies.
9. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Collector Account Data: Retained until you request deletion or after a period of inactivity of seven (7) years, after which it may be anonymized or deleted.
Customer Data: Retained as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as explicitly directed by the authorized Collector who entered it.
10. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 13 (or such higher age prescribed under applicable law). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at admin@force7.ai to have it removed immediately.
11. Links to Other Websites
Our Kollector App may contain links to websites of other organizations. This Privacy Notice does not cover how those organizations process your Personal Data. We encourage you to read their respective privacy policies.
12. AI-Driven Features

Kollector uses AI-driven workflows to assist Collectors in their debt collection processes via automated analysis of customer data. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review.
13. Governing Laws
This Privacy Notice shall in all respects be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

15. Notification of Changes
We regularly review and update our Privacy Notice. Any changes made will be posted on this page. Where material changes occur, we will notify you via the app or by email.
16. Your Privacy Rights (PDPA Singapore)
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 in Singapore, you have the following rights:
Right of Access: Receive confirmation of Personal Data being processed, details of processing activities, and details of third parties with whom data was shared.
Right to Correction/Erasure: Request rectification of inaccurate Personal Data or ask to complete or erase your Personal Data.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time for consent-based processing activities.
Right to Nominate: Nominate a person to act on your behalf in case of death or incapacitation.
