We, Force7 Labs Pte. Ltd. ("Force7", "Company", "we", "us", "our") are the owners of and responsible for the operations of our Sales Consultant Application (the "Kineo").
The Kineo is a Lead Generation product offered to Sales Consultants to enable them to seamlessly navigate through their sales process using Kineo's AI driven workflows ("Services").
We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal data collected on Kineo. This privacy notice ("Privacy Notice") sets forth how we collect, use, handle, and protect the personal data collected on Kineo.

If you access Kineo App on behalf of a third party/person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such a third party to the terms of this privacy notice and, in such an event your use of Kineo shall refer to use by such third party. If you do not have such authority (to provide any personal data of a third party) or do not agree to the terms of this privacy notice, you may refrain from using Kineo.

1.Definitions
"Personal Data" shall mean and include any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
"Sales Consultant" or "you" shall mean and include an individual who registers for, accesses, and/or uses Kineo.
"Lead" shall mean an individual whose personal data is entered into Kineo by a Sales Consultant in connection with the Services.
2.What Personal Data Do We Collect?
We may collect Personal Data about you (as a Sales Consultant) and about the Leads you enter into Kineo
A. Personal Data We Collect About Sales Consultants
When you register for and use Kineo, we may collect:
• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name (if applicable), and account credentials.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with Kineo, including login history, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the app.
• Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Communications: Any correspondence you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
B. Personal Data We Collect About Leads
When you add lead information on the Kineo app, we may collect Personal Data such as name, contact information (email, phone number), address, social media handle, and any other business-related information you enter about the lead.
C. Automatically Collected Data
We may automatically collect technical data about your device and usage of Kineo to improve our Services, diagnose issues, and ensure security.
3.Accuracy
You will be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Data shared with us, whether your own or any lead’s. In the event you share any Personal Data on behalf of a third person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to share such Personal Data with us, and you have obtained all necessary consents from such third person, and we will not be responsible for verifying the same. You understand and acknowledge that such Personal Data shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice.
4.How Do We Use Your Personal Data?
We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
For Sales Consultants:
• To verify your identity and manage your account.
• To deliver our products and services, including AI-driven workflows.
• To manage Kineo, optimize your experience, and customize content on the Kineo app.
• To communicate with you regarding existing products and services availed by you, including notifications of any alerts or updates.
• To evaluate, develop, and improve our services.
• For market and product analysis and market research.
• To obtain feedback and handle inquiries and complaints.
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
• To reach out to you to resolve your grievances.
• To maintain security and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
For Leads:
• To enable Sales Consultants to manage their sales process and interactions.
• To generate insights and AI-driven recommendations for Sales Consultants.
• For any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.
Legal Bases for Processing (PDPA)
We process your Personal Data on the following bases:
• Consent: Where you have provided consent for specific processing activities.
• Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g., providing the Services).
• Legal Obligation: Where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
• Legitimate Interests: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
5.Withdrawal of Consent
Where the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any point in time. Please note that should the withdrawal of consent result in us not being able to continue offering our products and services to you, we reserve the right to withdraw or cease our products and services to you upon your withdrawal. You may withdraw consent by contacting us with a written request to the contact details specified below in the 'Contact Us' section. Upon receipt of your request to withdraw your consent, the consequences of withdrawal will be communicated to you. Upon your agreement to the same, your request for withdrawal will be processed.
6.Who Do We Share Your Personal Data With?
We may disclose your Personal Data to the following third parties:
• Service Providers: Subcontractors, agents, or service providers who work for us or provide products or services to us, including cloud hosting providers, analytics services, customer support platforms, and AI infrastructure providers. All such parties are subject to contractual confidentiality restrictions consistent with this Privacy Notice.
• Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Law enforcement authorities, government authorities, courts, dispute resolution bodies, regulators, auditors, and any party appointed or requested by applicable regulators to carry out investigations or audits of our activities.
• Affiliates: Our affiliates which enables them to improve the services.
• Merger or Acquisition: If we are acquired by another entity, or if we merge with another company or transfer a part of our business, including Kineo, to a third party, we may share your Personal Data. Any such third party or resultant entity that receives your Personal Data shall have the right to continue to use your Personal Data in line with the purposes set out herein. In the event of such a sale or transfer, we shall notify you.
7.Cross-Border Data Transfer
The Personal Data we hold about you may be transferred to other countries outside your country of residence for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Any Personal Data that we transfer will be protected in accordance with this Privacy Notice as well as with adequate protections in place in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Where we transfer Personal Data out of Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
8.How Do We Secure Your Personal Data?
We are committed to protecting your Personal Data in our custody. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate physical, technical, and managerial safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, and deletion. We ensure that the third parties who provide services to us under appropriate contracts take appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data in line with our policies.
9.How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data?
We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. We may also retain and use your Personal Data for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
• Sales Consultant account data is retained until you request deletion or after a period of inactivity of seven years, after which it may be anonymized or deleted.
• Lead data is retained as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as directed by the Sales Consultant who entered it.
10.Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 13 (or such higher age as may be prescribed under applicable law) . If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us using the details in the 'Contact Us' section of this Notice, and we will take steps to delete such information.
11.Links to Other Websites
Our Kineo App may contain links to websites of other organizations. This Privacy Notice does not cover how those organizations process your Personal Data. We encourage you to read the Privacy Notices on the other websites you visit.
12.AI-Driven Features
Kineo uses AI-driven workflows to assist Sales Consultants in their sales processes. This may involve automated analysis of lead data to generate recommendations and insights. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review.
13.Governing Laws
This Privacy Notice shall in all respects be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

15.Notification of Changes
We regularly review and update our Privacy Notice to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate. Any changes we may make to this Privacy Notice will be posted on this page and, where material changes are made, we will notify you via the app or by email.
16.Your Privacy Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 in Singapore, you have the following rights, and we commit to provide you with the same:
• Right of Access: You have the right to receive a confirmation on what Personal Data is being processed by us along with the processing activities undertaken as well as identities of all the third parties with whom your Personal Data has been shared along with the description of the Personal Data shared.
• Right to Correction/Erasure: You have the right to ask us to rectify your Personal Data that is with us that you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete or erase your Personal Data.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, for any processing activities that are based on your consent.
• Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate a person who would act on your behalf in case of death or incapacitation.
