This User Level Consent Agreement ("Agreement") governs the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of personal data by Force7 Labs Pte Ltd ("Force7", "we", "us", or "our") through its application, Kineo (Sales Consultant Application).
This Agreement applies to:
• Personal Data provided by you as a Sales Consultant ("Your Data")
• Personal Data provided by you about leads, customers, or other third parties ("Third-Party Data")
By accessing or using the application, you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement and the Force7_Kineo_Privacy Policy.
1.1 "Sales Consultant" means you, the individual using Kineo to manage sales activities.
1.2 "Lead" means an individual whose personal data you enter into Kineo in connection with your sales activities.
1.3 "Your Employer" means the organization that has authorized your use of Kineo, which may be a company that employs you or engages you as a contractor or agent.
We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:
2.1 For Sales Consultants (Your Data)
• Verifying your identity and managing your account
• Monitoring app usage, activity logs, and daily "To-Do" lists
• Capturing and managing sales activities
• Facilitating communications related to your sales role
• Performance analytics and business management
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting
• Ensuring security and preventing unauthorized access
2.2 For Leads and Customers (Third-Party Data)
• Capturing and managing customer leads
• Sales engagement and follow-ups
• Product recommendations and catalogue sharing
• Customer analytics and interest profiling
• Facilitating financing and dealership interactions (where applicable)
Depending on the application and usage, we may collect:
3.1 Sales Consultant Personal Data
• Name, mobile number, email address
• Account credentials and login history
• Device information (IP address, device type, operating system)
• Employee ID or agent identifier (where applicable)
• Activity logs and usage analytics
• Communications with Force7 support
3.2 Lead / Customer Personal Data
• Name, mobile number, email address
• Address and demographic information
• Product preferences and interaction data
• Engagement with digital catalogues
• Communication history
• Any other business-related information you choose to enter
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the processing of personal data as described in this Agreement.
4.1 Legal Bases for Processing
Force7 processes your personal data on the following bases under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):
• Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or Your Employer to provide the Services.
• Consent: Processing for purposes where you have provided explicit consent (such as marketing).
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for Force7's legitimate business interests, such as security, analytics, and service improvement, provided such interests do not override your data protection rights.
• Legal Obligation: Processing necessary for compliance with applicable laws.
4.2 Core Processing (Required for Service)
The following processing is necessary to provide Kineo to you and may be based on contractual necessity or legitimate interests. If you do not agree to this processing, you may not be able to use Kineo:
• Collection and use of your account and usage data for service delivery
• Collection and use of lead data for sales management purposes
• Storage and processing within Force7 systems
• Monitoring of app usage for security and compliance
4.3 Optional Consents (Separate Consent Required)
You may choose to provide or withhold consent for the following. These are collected via separate checkboxes during account creation or within app settings:
• Receiving marketing communications (SMS, WhatsApp, email)
• Sharing your data with financing institutions or partners
• Use of your data for product improvement and research analytics
You may withdraw optional consents at any time as set forth in Section 9.
5.1 If you provide personal data of another individual (e.g., leads, customers, next-of-kin, or references) through Kineo:
You represent and warrant that:
• You have obtained all necessary consents from such individuals for the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Force7 for the purposes set out in this Agreement
• You have informed such individuals of the contents of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, or you will do so prior to providing their data
• You have the lawful authority to provide such data to Force7
5.2 You agree to indemnify and hold Force7 harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your failure to obtain necessary consents or otherwise comply with this Section 5.
Your personal data may be disclosed to:
• Your Employer (as defined in Section 1.3)
• Your Employer's affiliates, business partners, and service providers (where applicable and necessary for the purposes set out in this Agreement)
• Financial institutions and financing partners (where applicable and with your consent)
• Technology and cloud service providers who assist in operating Kineo
• Regulatory or government authorities (if required by law)
Force7 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
As part of our operations, your personal data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside Singapore.
Force7 ensures that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that comparable levels of data protection are maintained, including by entering into appropriate data transfer agreements with recipients where required.
Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary:
• To fulfil the purposes stated in this Agreement
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and business requirements
• For the duration of your account and for a reasonable period thereafter as set forth in the Privacy Policy
Upon termination of your account, you may request export of your data by contacting us at admin@force7.ai
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, including:
• Encryption and secure storage
• Access controls and authentication
• Monitoring and audit mechanisms
• Regular security assessments
10.1 You may withdraw your optional consents (marketing communications, financing partner sharing, and analytics) at any time by:
• Adjusting your preferences within the app
• Contacting us at admin@force7.ai
10.2 Withdrawal of core processing (Section 4.2) will result in your inability to use Kineo, as such processing is necessary for the service. Upon withdrawal, we will cease providing the Services and delete your account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10.3 Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
You have the right to:
• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

Force7 will respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with PDPA requirements.
12.1 Our application may use cookies, SDKs (software development kits), and similar technologies to:
• Improve user experience
• Analyze usage patterns
• Enable certain functionalities
• Collect crash logs and performance data
12.2 Kineo may request certain device permissions (such as camera, contacts, or notifications) to enable specific features. You may control these permissions through your device settings.
13.1 You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of personal data you provide
• Obtaining all necessary consents before providing Third-Party Data
13.2 You must immediately notify Force7 of:
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any actual or suspected data breach involving personal data you have provided
Force7 may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you through the application or by email at least [14] days in advance, where practicable. Continued use of Kineo after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
